The UKs Leading Rented Residential Living Property Conference takes place in London on 10th September. Our events on Rented Residential Property hosted more than 2000 delegates last year. We have secured a brand new larger conference centre for this event due to high demand for tickets. 

The Operational Resi Living Conference is the key annual forum for the sector leaders in Build to Rent, Student Housing, Single Family Housing Retirement Living, Co Living and Affordable Housing, to come together to share ideas, discuss cross sector investment and operational strategies, and examine, in detail, where future growth and opportunities will come from and how the rental living product will evolve.

The day will provide a forum for discussing the future of rented residential, with unrivalled networking opportunities and high-level content, sharing cross sector ideas and strategies, and looking at the potential of a multi-sector rental living portfolio.

High level networking is a key part of the conference, before, during and after the event. Prior to the event all delegates are given access to our delegate networking system, so they can see who is attending and get in touch with them. The day will include a breakfast session before the event and a networking lunch session during the conference. After the conference sessions, we shall host the Operational Resi Living Drinks Reception which all attendees & speakers are invited to attend. This ensures that, as well the high level market analysis provided by the conference sessions, there are also ample networking opportunities for those attending the event, to maximise the value of the day. The online delegate networking system remains open post conference too for following up after the event..
